Please note that all meetings are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. EST unless otherwise noted.  The physical access point of each meeting will be at one of the Somerset Academy Charter Schools (specifically noted above; these meeting locations are open for the public to attend).  Additionally, all meetings are also available via CMT (Communications Media Technology)/ teleconference.  Persons interested in participating via CMT / teleconference or with any other questions should contact Kelly Mallon at (305) 669-2906.

 Somerset Academy, Inc., Somerset Academy Middle School, Inc., and Somerset Academy High School, Inc.,  non-profit organizations, will comply with chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes, relating to public records, and s. 286.011, relating to public meetings and records, public inspection, and penalties the Florida Statutes relating to public records and public meetings. 

 Please note that these dates are only proposed meeting dates and times.  In the event that the date must be changed a notice will be posted on each campus no later than 5 days prior to the meeting. 

 Anyone who wishes to add an item to the agenda must file a written request with the corporation no less than 5 days before the meeting date.  All requests may be faxed to (305) 669-4390, attention Kelly Mallon.
